Cycled six miles from Hedon to Hull and was able to get access to my room in the city’s Ibis hotel. Little care package waiting for me. Sweet.

Rode to the old docks as a taster and then did a late afternoon 55-mile book loop, arriving back at the docks at 9pm.

It rained for much of the day — the new normal.
